Updating to Elements 10

Hi

I've just returned to the hobby after a break of 30 years and bought myself an entry level dSLR as a retirement present. What a difference between now and then. I can hardly believe it.

I picked up a copy of Elements 3 and installed on my PC but it soon became obvious that it was light years behind the new version 10. I'm waiting for my Elements 10 to be delivered from Amazon. In the meantime should I uninstall version 3?

Elements 3

Hi Bill,

Apologies for the slow reply.

I'd advise you uninstall it. It's a very old version as you say, and can't see in being any use once you've installed 10.

Hope that helps

Elements 3

Matt

I was in too much of a hurry and so I did lnstal version 10 on top of version 3. Each time I tried to load photos from my camera version 3 took over. I have since uninstalled it and all is now well. I should have waited for your reply :-)

BTW I'm working my way through your Version 9 tutorial and I am delighted with it so far: money well spent.

Thanks

Bill

Hi Bill,

Haha more like I should have responded earlier. Well I'm glad you got it sorted in the end.

Thanks for your comments about my course for Elements 9, I really appreciate you saying.

Regards
